In cooperation with Southeast Community College’s Energy Generation Operations program, SimGenics has completed the installation of a second Power Plant Training Simulator platform, featuring our SimuPACT and 3D PACT software. The control room and outside plant of a 2-on-1 Combined Cycle simulator is connected to teach the interaction between control room and outside plant operations via the 3D visualization of 3D PACT.

Southeast Community College offers a full degree in Energy Generation Operations at their Milford Nebraska campus. The program teaches both Coal and Gas power plant operations using SimGenics simulators powered by SimuPACT and a full 3D power plant using 3D PACT. Graduates from the program using our simulator are highly sought after by industry hiring managers to fill their need for trained operators with hands on learning.
